Founder & CEO
Steve McKeown
Steve previously founded and was a managing partner of the Airfield Equipment Div. of G.C. Duke Equipment Ltd. since 1975. Founding Team Eagle in 2000, Steve is dedicated to new development, supplier management, executive management and strategic planning.

Commercial Business Manager
Ben McKeown
Ben joined Team Eagle in 2013. As the Commercial Business Manager responsible for sales and
customer service in North America, Ben is responsible for managing strategic relationships with customers, manufacturers and suppliers around the globe.

Controller
Kylie McLellan, CPA, CA
Kylie joined the team in 2023 and currently holds the position of Controller and is responsible for leading the finance team and financial initiatives for all Eagle companies. Kylie career includes roles as an external auditor and manager within the real estate management industry.
Manager - Commercial Product Portfolio
Linda Cato, P.Eng
Linda joined Team Eagle in 2018. Linda is responsible for project management related to Service, Technology (hardware, software, electronics) and advanced Research and Development, as well as oversight of Eagle Aerospace's new technology development.
General Manager, Eagle & Myslik Inc.
Joe McKeown
Joe joined the team in 2019 as the Great Lakes Regional Territory Manager supporting commercial airports in Canada and the US with sales, service and parts. In January 2022, Joe became the General Manager of Eagle and Myslik Inc., where he oversees all US business operations.
Service Operations Manager
Sam McKeown
Sam joined Team Eagle in 2011. As the Equipment and Service Manager. Sam is responsible for the service team, customer service, equipment integrations and equipment refurbishments. He also supports equipment demonstrations and research and development for new ideas and equipment.

Samantha Baumhour, CHRL
Samantha joined Team Eagle in 2005. Starting with the company responsible for Finance, Samantha grew her role to include Human Resources and Administration.

Having spent over a decade in the Geospatial sector, Tammy joined Team Eagle in 2024. Based on her experience and expertise, she is responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships and identifying business opportunities that enhance or expand Eagle Aerospace’s capabilities, creating competitive advantages and contributing to the overall growth objectives.
